Email Samples
Due to everyone having a different resolution and color on their monitor, the email sample may be slightly different than the actual proof and design. This may be a slight variation of color tone.
Refunds
Please preview and check your proof carefully. We will refund or replace wrappers if misprints are due to our error only. That's our promise and guarantee. Due to the personalization of this business, your approval is our 'go ahead' with the order.
Because of health & safety issues, candy that has been handled by the customer cannot be returned and restocked. No exceptions on this and hope you understand.
Custom Designs
Most of our designs are pre-made. Custom work is our favorite thing to do and is welcomed. A lot of time can go into designing a wrapper with special graphics or photos with editing. If you have a company logo, we would need permission prior to using it.
If you are just ordering wrappers, keep in mind the work involved to attach the wrapper either way and if this is something you are able to do.
Ordering
Roger is known to be a little faster than the turtle, but please, be kind and allow us reasonable time, about 5 days to complete your order. Short notice may be considered depending on the design and order with prior approval.
On specialty work, a design fee may be charged and only with prior approval before ordering.
